RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Graphic Marketing, Inc., we take pride in producing high-quality printing, signage, and custom-fabricated products. Please review our return and refund guidelines before placing an order.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-custom, stock items only.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and documentation.
• A 15–25% restocking fee may apply depending on product type.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom items include: signs, banners, decals, apparel, routed signs, promotional products, stationery, vehicle graphics, wraps, engraved items, and all items requiring proof approval.

Once a proof, sample, or mock-up is approved, all custom orders are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations after customer approval under any circumstance, including:

• Wrong size, text, or design provided by the customer
• Change of mind after production starts
• Errors the customer overlooked during proof review
   

Approval may be given by email, text, signature, or verbal confirmation.

Customers must carefully review all proofs for:

• Spelling, grammar, dates, and numbers
• Colors, layout, and design placement
• Size, material, finish, and quantity
   

If the printed item matches the approved proof, it is considered correct.
If we make a production error that does not match the approved proof, we will remake the item at no extra cost.

Color variations may occur due to:

• Differences between digital screens and printed output
• Material types (vinyl, paper, fabric, metal)
• Printer and ink variances
   

Slight color shifts are considered normal and not a defect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
3. We will evaluate the claim and arrange a remake or credit if applicable

• Non-custom orders may be canceled only if production has not begun.
• Custom orders cannot be canceled once proofing or production is in progress.

Graphic Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
   

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For graphics, signage, or wraps that we install:

• No refunds are offered after installation is completed.
• We are not responsible for adhesion issues caused by customer surfaces (dirty glass, textured walls, peeling paint, etc.).
